THE NORTHEAST HOME BUILDERS ASSOCIATION OF MASSACHUSETTS (NEBAMA) is the voice of the housing industry and the source for housing information. Comprising of more than 300+ member companies in the Greater Andover/Lowell metropolitan area dedicated to providing quality housing.

Membership is open to all companies and individuals involved in the housing industry. Below are some of the benefits of becoming an HBA member and becoming active in the housing industry. Annual membership dues are $400 for both builder and associate members. Affiliate memberships are also available to employees of builder and associate members entitling them to full benefits of HBA membership.

Applications for HBA membership must be approved by the HBA Board of Directors. Applications for the Board of Directors' consideration must be received by the HBA prior to the second Tuesday of the month to be considered at that month's board meeting.
