North East Builder's Association of Massachusetts

We are one of over 800 local associations that comprise a national association representing the building industry, based in Washington, DC. The collaborative goal of this and all chapters of the builder's association is to provide safe, decent and affordable housing for all consumers.

NEBA serves the following communities

The Home Builders Association of Massachusetts (HBAM) is a non-profit trade association consisting of over 1,600 single and multi-family builders, developers, remodelors, suppliers and other allied professionals to the residential construction industry. The Home Builders Association of Massachusetts Charter with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) goes back to 1959.

Since 1942, NAHB has helped promote the policies that make housing a national priority. With over 235,000 members of both builders and the vendors that serve them, NAHB strives to create an opportunity for Americans to realize the dream of home ownership, and the freedom for builders to operate as entrepreneurs in an open and competitive marketplace.

Members of local associations are automatically members of both the state association and the National Association of Home Builders.

On each level, committees drive what occurs throughout the year within the association. Please lend your time and experience to help the association grow and serve its members better by participating. Participation on committees provides another opportunity to further promote your business, learn from other members, and enrich the association at the same time.
